Cooperation terms:

  1. We cooperate with shops and online stores (b2b). We do not want to compete with our customers and therefore do not sell our goods to end consumers.
  2. We require a copy of your business registration certificate to open a wholesale account.
  3. After registration our manager will shortly get in touch with you so we can better understand your business and answer any questions you may have about our products and cooperation terms.
  4. After authorisation you will be able to see wholesale and recommended retail prices
  5. We ask our customers to keep our pricing confidential.
  6. Orders can be placed via the website. Once placed, your account manager will send you an invoice and contact you to finalise the order.
  7. Please advise if you require goods for a specific date/event.
  8. The minimum order value is/ €120/500 zl net or  £300/300USD/€300 in case of export and is always subject to pre-authorisation.
  9. Please report any shortage or factory-defective merchandise within 7 days.
  10. Prior authorisation is required before returning.
  11. All product prices listed exclude applicable delivery costs or VAT.
  12. The monetary amounts stated in relation to any applicable discounts are calculated excluding the cost of VAT or delivery.
  13. In the case of shipping goods outside of Poland, the buyer will act in the destination country as the importer/first distributor that places b2c packaging on a given market and will fulfill all related obligations, if required by the law in the country of destination of the goods.
  14. The lowest price in last 30 days is always equal to our wholesale special offer price (in red).

 

The offered products are intended for use by adults and children over 12 years of age.

Payments

Orders can be paid by bank transfer or by card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

 

Shipment

We send 90% orders within 48 business hours of receiving the payment. 

We reserve the right to have a longer time if there are a lot of orders. The delivery time is usually 2-7 working days inside the EU and up to 10 days when we send outside the EU.

Returns & Damages

- Shortage or Factory defective goods must be reported to us within 2 days after receiving the order.

- Pre-Authorisation is required prior to returning any goods.

- A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all pre-authorised returns for reasons other than damaged goods. Shipping fees are not refundable.
